UMG first began working with CMC in efforts to provide our group with an independent assessment of our internal billing department. As part of this engagement, CMC was able to enhance our monthly reports to physicians into a more concise and informative monthly report, which we use to monitor our billings with greater accuracy.

I am writing in support of Corey Medical Consultants. We have been working with CMC for the past two years and plan to continue our relationship into the foreseeable future.

Our business is a five-physician pediatric private practice in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Initially we sought CMC’s services to help with the many personnel issues that were afflicting our group. Over the course of the first year, we accomplished a great deal towards that goal, re-assigning personnel duties and formalizing job descriptions. A Policy and Procedure Manual was developed, and employee salaries and benefits were compared to existing benchmarks in order to develop a formal salary and benefit structure. CMC has also helped us with hiring/firing of personnel as necessary. Subsequently, we have had them evaluate our productivity and expense reports on an on-going basis, and develop and formalize employment contracts between the partners and physician employees as well as assist in the development of a physician buy-in proposal.
