I have Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Healthcare Administration and have been in the healthcare industry for over 12 years. My experience ranges from being a “Marketing Director” for an in-patient physical rehabilitation unit to a “Director” of a large physician/physical/occupational therapy center to currently being an “Independent Practice Consultant” for a wide array of physicians: OBGYN, ENT, Cardiology, Urology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, etc. I have been consulting to medical providers for 8 years and have worked with over 100 practices in all parts of New England, from Portland, Maine to Boston to Wareham, Massachusetts to Narragansett, Rhode Island.

    In working in these three different positions, I am extremely comfortable with financials, operations, strategic planning/marketing, compliance plans, etc. and my references will attest to this, if necessary. Currently, my team and I consult to twenty practices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine. Some practices want us to assist them with operational issues, compliance plans, and human resource issues while others want us to review their financials (set up budgets/pro-formas) or their accounts receivable and see if they are at their peak performance.
